Precious Metals, such as Gold, Silver and Platinum, are priced based on ounces. The price "floats" from day to day based on the Stock Market and other economic factors.
Over the years I have seen Silver go from $5 per ounce to nearly $50 per ounce as of yesterday.
I have tried to keep my prices as low as possible over the years while still keeping the Precious Metals spot market in mind.
I have also been using stock that I bought when the Precious Metals spot market was far lower.
Unfortunately, I am going to have to raise my prices for Sterling Silver options for earrings, necklaces and bracelets. Please understand that the prices you see are enough for me to cover my costs. Some of the prices are going up quite a bit, but that is because I was buying Sterling Silver findings in a spot market range of $8 - $18 per ounce for many years. Since the spot market is now near $50 per ounce my prices must reflect that reality.
For those of you with metal sensitivities I do offer the option of Niobium earwires. Most people can wear Niobium with no issues, even people with severe metal allergies. This is an economical alternative to Sterling Silver.
Thank you for your support and understanding. As prices fluctuate I will update my prices to reflect the current situation.
