Eclectic Elements Postage RatesAs of May 14th, 2007 the United States Postal Service is changing many of their standard shipping rates and services.
We have done a significant amount of research on the matter with our postage supplier and the USPS directly. Unfortunately, there seems to be some conflicting information about this rate and service change.
Also, International shipping rates have increased substantially.
We ask for your patience in this matter while we work to incorporate their new rules and rates.
In anticipation of some possible issues during this transition, we have identified the most likely issue you may encounter when receiving a package from our company. That issue is a "postage due" amount.
If you receive a package with "postage due" please contact us by email or telephone and we will reimburse you for that amount.

Any information you can provide in relation to an issue of "postage due" will help us determine our future shipping options.
We are trying to keep our shipping rates reasonable for small and light packages which means we would like to continue to offer First Class Mail shipping at no additional cost.
The other option we are considering is to make Priority Mail shipping our standard service at an additional cost of $4 for orders of 1-4 pieces and $6 for orders of 5 pieces or more.
