Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks and includes one sample sent First Class Mail. This means your sample will ship in approximately 2-5 days of receipt of your art, paper, layout, graphic, photo or printed pages and your entire order will ship within 2-5 days of your final approval. If changes need to be made then your delivery timeline will increase.

1) You may send us printed pages or paper and we will punch and assemble.
Any paper or printed pages you send must be the thickness of copy paper or just a bit thicker. Please email if you have any questions about this.

If you need a template to format your design we will email you a template and/or "live" and "bleed" dimensions and you can print locally and send us the pages. The "live" and "bleed" dimensions are 1.313" bleed and .875" live area.

2) You can also format your design and send us a 300 DPI .psd or .jpg file and we will print your pages, punch and assemble.
If you need to provide a different file format or need help with formatting, please email prior to placing your order.

3) If you wish to use a photo or have us format for you, please email before placing your order. Some orders will require a graphic design fee which we will quote based on your requirements.

We use a high quality press, high quality parts and high quality printing.

Samples shipped First Class Mail generally take 3-5 days to arrive from the day of shipping, but this is not guaranteed. Final orders are shipped Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 days from the day your item is shipped, but is not guaranteed.

If you require a specific delivery day or special handling, please email for a shipping quote.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee, however you will not receive a mailed sample. We will provide an approval photo online, however please remember that every monitor is different and colors may not be exact. Please be sure to explain your needs and timeline specifically and request a quote before placing your order.
